Fig Fizz Cocktail

I've teamed up with the VERY delicious Figenza Vodka to bring you the perfect Summer cocktail. It's light, refreshing, and dangerous.
Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 10 sprigs fresh thyme
Cocktail
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2-3 ounces Figenza Fig Vodka
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Club soda
Instructions
- First thing you want to do is make the simple syrup
- In a small pan over medium high heat add the water, honey, ginger, and thyme. Let it come to a simmer and keep stirring until the honey is dissolved
- Once the honey is dissolved turn off the heat and let it sit steeping until it's room temperature
- In a cocktail shaker with ice add the simple syrup, Figenza Fig Vodka, and lemon juice. Put the lid on and shake vigorously until cold
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda and give it a stir
- I like to garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh thyme sprig
- That's it! A delicious Summer cocktail. Cheers!
