  1. 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  5. 1 sprig of rosemary, leaves taken off and chopped
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  1. This is deeeelicious and so easy to do! First what you want to do a couple hours before dinner is get the meat marinated. Put the tenderloin in a ziplock bag (for easy cleanup!) and add the olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Rub the meat with all the goodness until the whole tenderloin is coated. Put the meat in the refrigerator and marinate a couple hours before eating. When you’re ready to eat, take out the tenderloin at least 30 minutes before so it can come up to room temperature. Preheat the grill on medium high and put that baby on there! Let cook on one side for about 3-5 minutes and then turn over and let cook another 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness and take it off the grill and let rest for at least 5 minutes! Once it has rest, slice it up and serve! Hope you like it!
