Looking to drink something other than green beer this St. Patricks Day? Well, try my Irish Julep! It's an Irish twist on a classic Mint Julep and totally delicious. Sláinte!

Ingredients
  1. 10 fresh mint leaves
  2. 3 oz Jameson Whisky
  3. 1 1/2 oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water brought to a simmer then cooled)
  4. Crushed Ice
  5. Mint sprig
Instructions
  1. In a shaker muddle together the mint, simple syrup, and Jameson
  2. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and top it with a fresh mint sprig
  3. That's it! How easy is that? Careful to not drink too many or else you'll be seeing Leprechauns
