  1. 4 pounds ground beef (makes enough for a crowd!)

  3. 1/2 red onion, diced small
  4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
  6. 5 slabs bacon cut thin ( freeze 1 hour for easier cutting!)
  7. salt, pepper
  8. pepperjack sliced cheese (opional!)
  1. This burger is SO amazing and full of flavor. Thanks to Lou for this recipe! First thing you want to do is preheat your grill to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine beef, jalapenos, onion, cheddar, worcestershire, bacon, and salt and pepper. Mix together, with hands of course, and form into big pattys. Form into a ball with your hands, slapping that sucker trying to get it as tight as you can. Put a little salt and pepper on the top and put those babies on the grill. Let cook on one side for 5-7 minutes. Ok girls, here’s my little secret for fantabulous burgers…. DON’T press on the burgers to make the juice squish out! That’s all the flavor and juiciness that your squishing out. So… resist the urge and leave it alone. Okay, so after 5-7 minutes flip it and let it go another 5 minutes. If you want to add some more spice… put some slices of pepperjack cheese on there about 3 minutes before you take them off. Put on some good FRESH buns from the bakery section.. not the ones in the isle (yuck) and add all the condiments you want! Yee-Haw!!!!
