Blood Orange Pisco Cocktail

Ingredients

- 4 oz Pisco
- Juice of 2 blood oranges (or cara cara oranges if they don’t have blood oranges!
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
- In a shaker shake up the egg whites until frothy
- In another shaker add ice, Pisco, blood orange juice, and the egg whites
- Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into two glasses
- Top with a thin slice of orange and serve! Cheers to Valentines day!
