Salami, Apple & Brie Sandwich

Ready for a flavor packed, easy to make sandwich?! This baby is delicious and will make any lunch a special occasion.

  • 1 small baguette, cut in half and toasted
  • 2 oz peppered hard salami, sliced thin
  • Brie, cut in thin slices
  • Apple slices, cut thin
  • Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Stone Ground Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. I love this sandwich because you have the creaminess of the brie, with the crunch and sweetness of the apple, and the peppery bite of the salami and arugula. All of the flavors mix together so well
  2. On your toasted baguette spread the Dijon and honey
  3. Add the salami, sliced brie, apple slices, arugula, and top it with the other half of the baguette
  4. That’s it! A gourmet sandwich for any day of the week. You’ll feel like you’re eating in a bistro in Europe
