Honey Sage Syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 7-8 fresh sage leaves
Cocktail
- 3 oz gin
- 1/2 - 1 ounce honey sage syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
- squeeze fresh lime juice
- 5 ounces club soda fresh sage leaves for garnish

- Looking for the perfect cocktail for Fall? This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious. Perfect for Thanksgiving which is coming up so soon! You can make the honey sage syrup ahead of time and store in the refrigerator until you're ready to make some delicious fall-insipired cocktails. The first thing you want to do is make your syrup. In a saucepan add the water, honey, and fresh sage leaves. Let it come up to a boil and once all of the honey is dissolved turn off and let the sage leaves steep in there until the syrup is completely cooled. When you're ready to make your cocktail fill your glass with ice. To the glass add the syrup, gin, lime juice, and top off with club soda. Stir to mix up and serve with a fresh sage leaf for garnish.
