Turkey, Caramelized Onion & Cranberry Sandwich
I don't know about you, but after Thanksgiving I have WAYYY too much turkey leftover. Make this delicious sandwich so that no turkey goes to waste! This recipe is so easy and tasty that it will be your go-to post turkey day recipe!

  1. 2 small onions, sliced thin
  2. olive oil
  3. 2 slices bread of choice
  4. Mayo
  5. 4 sliced sharp white cheddar
  6. 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  7. Leftover turkey
  8. Handful fresh arugula
  1. The first thing you want to do for this delicious sandwich is caramelize your onions
  2. In a sauté pan over medium high heat add the olive oil and the thinly sliced onions. Cook, stirring often, until a nice golden brown. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes
  3. Now it's time to assemble the sandwich
  4. Spread mayo on one side of the sandwich and add the sliced white cheddar
  5. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly, add the turkey, a generous portion of the caramelized onions, and top it with arugula
  6. Add the other slice of bread to the top, cut in half, and serve!
