For Easter, I always love to make a special recipe and it usually has lamb involved. This year is a little different than most and the big family gathering has been put on hold- BUT that doesn’t mean I won’t still cook something delicious and special! This one pot easy dinner recipe looks and tastes like it could be at a fancy restaurant but is not hard to make! Give it a try this Easter.
Spring is here! Even if you can’t go outside and fully enjoy this gorgeous time why not make an easy cookie recipe that will transport you there. These flavorful, soft, scrumptious cookies only take a few minutes and will bring you so much joy.
It’s the weekend!! I think?? Anyone else going a little stir crazy these days? I long for normalcy and the day restaurants and bars will be back open and I can go and have a nice dinner and a delicious cocktail. Until that glorious day I’m trying to keep myself busy by cooking all the time and making fun cocktails. This cucumber “quarantine” is ABSOLUTELY delicious- AND, most of you will have all of the ingredients already! Why not treat yourself after a long hard day of doing not much of anything. Cheers everyone!
Right now we’re all stuck inside and going bonkers. Why not entertain yourself by using up some of those pantry staples and making this best ever banana bread! Guinness on St. Patrick’s Day is obviously a must. Every year I try and do something different with it, mostly because I can only drink one and feel full. This year I’m making a fun and super easy appetizer with it! Serve it hot and watch it disappear- blame it on the leprechauns.
St. Patrick’s Day is such a fun holiday. I always make corned beef & cabbage along with green beer (of course) and anything else green. This year I’m going to go more traditional with my menu and make an Irish classic recipe- soda bread! This quick bread doesn’t require any yeast or proofing which saves so much time. It’s delicious with stews or just some Irish butter and jam- yum!
Spring = strawberries. They’re ripe, juicy, and absolutely delicious this time of year! Take advantage of the season by making this super easy and flavorful cocktail. Chances are you have all the ingredients at home already. Cheers!
One of my favorite things ever is an antipasta platter- I’m slightly obsessed with it. I love the combination of the savory meats, vinegary vegetables, and creamy cheese. Come to find out putting all of those ingredients together makes the best sandwich ever!
Nothing beets a good hearty salad…. (hehe) I was so excited to plant my own beets this season and to see that they actually grew! I knew I had to make something delicious with them and this recipe was perfect. Using both the beet and the beet green in this recipe gives it so much flavor. Don’t believe me? Give it a try!
