A delicious Fall dinner in no time at all?? Sign me up! This easy to make pasta is a treat everyone will go crazy over no matter what time of the year it is.

  1. 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  2. 6 tablespoons butter
  3. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  6. 3/4 cup half and half
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  9. 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
  10. 1/2 cup pasta water
  1. Boil your fettuccine according to package directions in salted water
  2. In a pan melt your butter and add the garlic over medium heat. Cook the garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes
  3. Add in the pumpkin puree, grated Parmesan, half and half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let the sauce cook, stirring often for about 2-3 minutes
  4. Once the pasta is cooked add in the cooked fettuccine and some of the pasta water
  5. Toss the pasta in the sauce and cook a minutes or so
  6. When serving add freshly grated Parmesan to the top and fresh sage (optional). Enjoy!
